How To Make Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Start by melting the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in the sugar, mixing for 2 minutes. Mix in the vanilla extract and egg.
To the bowl add the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop and roll each scoop into a ball. Place them on parchment paper lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

- ¾ c Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ walnuts, chopped
