proof the active dry yeast

combine all the dry ingredients

mix the dough

form into a ball

cover and rise until doubled in size

mix together the cheeses

roll a piece of dough into a long rope

use a spoon to spread on the cheese

seal it closed

shape into a pretzel

line them all up

dunk in a baking soda bath, brush with egg wash and salt

bake until golden
