Quick Italian Pasta Salad With Salami

A super quick recipe for Italian pasta salad, perfect for summer weekend lunches and dinners. This delicious Italian pasta salad is an easy to make side dish to all of your favorite summer recipes! With salami, bell pepper, onion, mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz tricolor rotini pasta
  • 8 oz mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 vidalia onion, diced
  • Fresh basil, torn into pieces
  • 2 oz genoa salami, sliced
  • Italian dressing
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente per package instruction with a pinch of salt, drain the water
  2. Once the pasta has cooled transfer it to a large serving bowl
  3. Add in the mozzarella, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, basil and salami
  4. Mix everything together with a few pinches of salt and pepper
  5. Drizzle on your preferred amount of Italian dressing, toss again and serve
